FAILED TOP UP AMOUNT DONE THROUGH INTERNET NOT REFUNDED

I TOPPED UP THROUGH INTERNET THE PREPAID CONNECTION OF BSNL FOR RS.55/- ON 23/12. AS IT DID NOT TAKE EFFECT I LODGED COMPLAINT TO BSNL. THEY REPLIED AS UNDER

Dear Customer,

Sir, If the amount is deducted from your bank account and not topedup, the amount will be credited back to your account within 10 working days.

AS DESPITE LAPSE OF 15 DAYS I DID NOT GET THE AMOUNT BACK, I HAVE AGAIN LODGED COMPLAINT AS UNDER:

Thanks for your reply. However, despite lapse of more than 15 days the amount has not yet been credtited back to my account. pl. look into the matter and immediately remit the amount.
