This is Dr. A.N.Mishra having a bsnl prepaid connection no. 919435276344. I have charged my SIM with a magic voucher of Rs.500/- to enable me totalk to any bsnl number in India.
Astonishingly whenever I dial any mobile no.of bsnl of my home town Darbhanga a recorded voice system replies that the no is not in use. But on the same nos I am talking with other service providers. Some people have tiold me that there is a system software developed by bsnl which automatically bans all those nos which are frequently used by the customer availing the said magic voucher of Rs.500/-.
Is it not a breach of trust and contract.
Pl look into the matter and oblige.
