i have subscriber of bsnl prepaid moble from last 7 yrs. I recharge mobile time to time but when i cant get validity on recharge then i ask to coustomer care then they inform me that my card is life time scheem but i have reguler prepaid scheem then i ask about the change of plan. then care centre did't reply me properly. i tried 3 times but every time the try to avoid me with keeping a phone side i hold it every time more than 19 minutes..so pls informe me were to complaint ..about that.. all matter..
