MONTHLY DEDUCTION FOR UNSUBSCRIBED FACILITY

DEAR SIR,

I WISH TO STATE THAT I POSSESS A CELL NUMBER 9425168112, I NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR ANY FACILITY LIKE CALLER TUNE OR GITA MESSAGE, BUT REGULARLY AT MONTHLY INTERVAL FROM MY BALANCE A SUM OF RS.60.00 (30 30) IS BEING DEDUCTED.FOR LAST 5 MONTHS I M REGULARLY CALLING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ON 24365 AND AS PER THEIR ADVISE I USE TO SEND SMS FOR UNSUBSCRIBE THE FACILITY WHICH I HAD NEVER SUBSCRIBED. AFTER SENDING THE SMS CHARGES FOR SMS ARE BEING DEDUCTED AND REPLY MESSAGE COMES THAT UR MESSAGE CAN NOT BE DELIVERED.I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE BOTH THE ABOVE FACILITY FORTHWITH FROM BACK END.NOW I M NOT GOING TO RECHARGE THE CELL FOR PAYING UNWANTED DEDUCTION BY BSNL. IF MY GRIEVANCE IS NOT RESOLVED BSNL MAY FACE THE FOLOWING:

1. WILL LOOSE ONE CUSTOMER IN THE TIME OF COMPETITION

2. BSNL MAY FACE LITIGATION AS I WILL LODGE COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM AT YOUR RISK RESPONSIBILITY AND COST.
