BSNL Pre-paid mobile
Recherged Balance could not able to use

My Pre-paid Mobile No.9429912494.

I have recharged for Rs.55/- before one week.(i.e.on Dtd.25.02.2011)

Immediately after recharged my balance surprisely gose to negative due to some technical problems of BSNL.

During one week Soo many complaint done to BSNL Customer Care No.24365, but there is no positive results & till i am not able to use my recharged balance.

You are requested to do the needfull as early as possible.
