CANNOT GET BALANCE AFTER RECHARGE

I have recharge of Rs. 50.00 on 5/03 and get the sms frm no 1005 which written that "your account has been credited with Rs. 50. Recharge Voucher successfully from 9426694700 on 05/03 at 10:21:13 AM Ref: 7071582."

but till 06/03 at 11:15AM I cannot get the balance. For that I contact the customcare on 1503, but after no times attemps lastly custom care came on line but didnot reply the satisfactory and give me another number 1501 and told to contact that number. I tried to contact number 1501, but always computer said this number is busy then again i contact the number 1503 but again lot of efforts customcare came on line and cannot give the reply. then I contact the number 9426694700 from i have recharged but he also didnot give the reply and today itried to same number 9426694700 but mobile is witched off.
