Wrong deduction

I have a bsnl mobile connection 09411222226.

i was using 300rs. tariff plan in which bsnl to bsnl local calling is free.

but when my tariff vaucher expire on 16Dec, i reacharge a new tariff vaucher on 18Dec09 at 10:25am but when i called on bsnl num. then normal call rates are applyed and my balance was deducted.

i immediatly contact to customer care (9400024365). and told about my problem.

they told me that my num. is convrted into 3G service automatically.and this is a tecnical problem . soon your number will be converted into 2G and you will be anable to use your tariff plan.

but from uptill now my balance is continuosly deducting. and i have complaint it in bsnl office bareilly U.P sevral times and also have a complaint num. but they are not completing there promise.

kindly help me.
