On Saturday, i got the alert on my BSNL mobile no. 9422227024, about the free download of caller tune kolavari DI, by sending a call to *567*#1, I opted and on Monday they have deducted Rs. 30/= without even intimating me. This is just a fraud..these companies are looting the customers by sending false alerts/sms... when I talked to their customer care executive and supervisor, their behavior was very rude..and they were talking like some businessmen rather than the persons, who are there for resolving the issues. I am shocked to see such a behavior of these telecommunications cos. The TRAI and supreme Court must look into this.
I request the concerned authority to do the needful, otherwise, i will, you will loose lots of customers, as I have also decided to change my service provider.
