iam from Pilkhuwa iam using a BSNL prepaid mobile i have a balance of 90 rupees i have not using this mobile regularly (28/10/10 to 29/10/10) i use it as an addition i keep it switched often once fro and emergency when tried to make a call from this number it showed 60 ruppes balance, then i call to customer care, & they have registered a complain after 80 hours, complain no .-6347766, after many time qrey they have not given any information about balance cut
