My name is shankar dayal singh.i am a bsnl prepaid subscriber and my mobile no is 9471839601.i am fed with the unwarranted balance deduction.the latest one being one time deduction of 45 rs some 5 days back.i have been trying since then to contact customer care executives for the redressal of my grievances so that my balance is refunded and such incidence does not occur in the future.but to no avail.plz look in to my problem and insure that my balance is refunded at the earliest.
