It is said that I am the user of BSNL Prepaid mobile and this sim is taken under scheme of pyaari Jodi in my father name Shri Kirodi Mal Sharma. I want to say that on 30-05 I have a main account balance of Rs. 126.60 and I am went to out of station for 7 days. When I come back on 07-06 and check my balance than I am shocked because my main account balance is shows 95.60 means Rs. 32 have deducted for any value added services which is activated by fault of your computer system. This is for your kind information that when I am out of station and my mobile is switch off then how my balance has been deducted by you. I understand that this is the fault of your computer system because when I am out of station in that period and my mobile is switch off then told me how my main account balance is deducted. So I request you to please check your system and I know that your system will also shows that my mobile is switch off in those period. So I request you to please Refund of My main account balance of Rs. 32 Immediately to my account and deactivate all services which is activated by you in my mobile as soon as possible.
I want to give suggestion to you that before 3 years BSNl is my best mobile services provider but in this time the services of BSNL is very bad position because in every 5 to 10 days a wrong deduction have been made by your system or your supervisor I don’t know and when I call to customer care than only same procedure has been followed by you that your complaint have been registered and you will get solution in 24 to 48 hours. This is for your kind information that I have made complaint in 1000 times but I have not received any sms or phone about my complaint. This is the main funda of BSNL that first wrongly charged then registered complaint and said that the charged has been right. If you are not satisfied by me please check your computer records that in last one month how many complaints have been registered by you and how many customers have received their wrongly charged balance then you know that only you have been charged but refund to any customer.
