IT ASSUMES THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE THEIR CUSTOMER PROBLEM. I HAVE TIRED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE. WHEN I HAD CALL TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT. THAN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ALWAYS SAID THAT SIR YOUR COMPLAINT IN PROCESS AND SLOVE IN NEXT 24 HOURS. SIR I HAD NO TIME TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE EVERY DAY.
SO I REQUEST YOU PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AND SOLVE MY COMPLAINT AND REFUND MY WRONGLY DEDUCTED BALANCE RS. 25/-.
