on my mobile no. 9467377354 rs 5 is deducted on 26 July at 12:40 pm from my balance. when i called the customer care there representative told me that service was activated on my mobile, my point is that without any information, intimation and my permission why any service is activated on my no. and balance is deducted from my account...
kindly take necessary action against my complaint..
