Bsnl prepaid service
Payment paid but not recharged

My mobile no is 9471550037. i have recharged my no. with Rs. 98 Gprs pack on 22-08-11 and my transaction id is 683778129. the retailer has confirmed his status but i have ye not got the benefit of this pack. i have complained 5-6 times in bsnl customer care but no proper action were taken against this issue.

i have paid the amount to the retailer but not got benefit. i request please take some action against the operator.
