SIR ON 05-02 I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSEAGE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBE FOR BSNL FREE HELLO TURNE AND DEDUCTED RS. 25. THIS IS KIND FOR YOUR INFORMATION THAT I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED ANY KIND OF HELLO TUNES. AND I MADE COMPLAINT 2 TIMES IN YOUR COUSTOMER CARE IN 24365 COMPLAINT NO. 3580806 ON 05-02 AND DATED 12-02 COMPLAINT NO. 3593189 BUT IT ASSUMES THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. ALREADY 7 DAYS GO MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE. THEREFOR I REQUESTED THAT PLEASE TAKE MY PROBLEM SERIOUSLY. I KNOW BSNL IS VERY HUGE NETWORKING BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES. SO I REQUESTED YOU PLEASE REFUND BY BALANCE OF RS. 25/- WHICH IS WRONGLY DEDUCTED BY YOU.
