Misbehave of Customer care executive

I'm Abeesh from calicut

Landline : 04952811443

No incoming and outgoing.

Can't receive or send SMS.

I dialed customer service center and told my problem. A customer care executive named Karthik asked to hold. After a long time he replied that he's not responsible for this and wait until this complaint will be solved or "if you are in hurry you can take another connection". I asked his number he transferred call to Senior. He also misbehaved. He said to wait for 6 to10 hours and " you are not only our customer all are waiting why can't you. I never said to take BSNL connection". He said he can cut my connection if he wants. And he threatened me saying he can find my address and will show me.

If he cuts my connection what should i do?
