Sim lost, plz block it

Sir i lost my bsnl prepaid sim 3 days back. someone is misusing it, when i called at that no. someone answered but then cut the phone. please block my sim immediately so that no furthur misuse take place. i will do the complain in bsnl complai office meanwhile. my sim details are-
