Our landline number 020 25676693 and broadband connection is to be shifted to our new address which is in the same exchange area. Phone cannot be shifted as the area is isolated according to model colony exchange. One month is over but no action and no plan to take any action. Spoke with Dumbre, Sharma of the exchange and they just show the willingness to do the transfer.
