My landlineno 25811822 kirkee exng. is not working since last week I complained at kirkee exng.& i got the same lousy ans.as usual that the cables are faulty. There is no offical system in recieving the complaints as my phone no.was written in a piece of rough paper. If the piece of paper is thrown in the dustbin GOD only knows when my phone is going to work.because last time it took 3 months to rectify when there was the same problem. I think it is high time that the bsnl adopt some system so that there could be some accountability.
