Land line and Broadband going down frequently

My office phone number 26054325 is also connected to Broadband.

Since the last 5 days i.e. 7th May my Land line is getting dead quite frequently.

As a result, my communications on the broadband also get stopped.

At times even if Google is loaded, I am unable to reach gmail.

My plan is Unlimited 1350 which is capable upto 3 mbps. Some thing is seriously wrong.

Every time on lodging a complaint, the phone works for a short while and again goes dead.

PLEASE HELP.
