BSNL Pyari Zodi Offer
Non activation of internet facility

I have submitted a form for PYARI JODI OFFER on my land line. i got a new sim card on which 1000 SMS and 1 GB internet was free for first month. i send SMS to concerned number told by Customer care officer dapoli for starting net facility, even i have talked with district nodel officer, ratnagiri of BSNL. he tried to activate the same but not activated. i have proff of SMS send to BSNL. till my facility was not started. what i should do?
