Not providing WLL connection

Dear Sir,

i applied for a landline connection that i was refused due to non fisibility in my area.they sain you can apply for WLL, i again applied for WLL now they are not giving this from last 10-15 days, when ever i send someone to ask the say we will do it in 2-3 days, i am fed up of the answer. i have paid the amount twice one time for landline and next time for WLL my reg no with Bajaj nagar exchange Jaipur is 1003643681

what should i do with this rubbish company called BSNL
