BSNL is cheating and dishonest with its commitments!!!

I purchased a BSNL Saral Anant card at BSNL Chinchwad (Pune 411033) branch on 10th Dec 09. I was promised the card would be activated by next day morning & I may recharge it with a top-up card. I purchased a Rs.55 top-up card, as suggested, on 11th Dec 09 & tried recharging in the afternoon. After several failed attempts of recharging I called bsnl helpdesk (dumbest helpdesk I have ever seen). To my surprise, a helpdesk person advised me that my phone has already been recharged with a Rs.55 topup whereas my phone is still displaying a "null" balance. He also thrown a vague sentence at me - topup recharge may take 24hrs or more!!!

After that call, I begged to several BSNL helpdesk people & their managers for help over a week's time but nobody was bothered about this situation. Everytime I call them, I get a irresponsible repetitive answer "Your complaint is in process & you would get a confirmation call from us within 24 hours". Nobody knows if somebody ever is working on my complaint.

It clearly shows that BSNL is absolutely incapable and DOES NOT AT ALL care about their customers & its own commitments.

Hope, I will get the justice before BSNL becomes a complete masochist.
