Deactivation of service of Music Station, GITA, MAHAVIR

Music Station subscription, GITA SMS alart, MAHAVIR SMS alart has been activation my mobile 9422869860 without my knowledge. I want Deactivation these serives. I have contacted BSNL customer care who told me to call these service no which does not exist.

Kindly help me to deactivate these services.
