Unable to receive 3G GPRS settings

Hi,

I have recently migrated to 3G service from 2G of BSNL serivce provider. Already i had the 2G GPRS settings in my mobile. As directed by the customer care representative, to receive the 3G GPRS settings i sent SMS to 53855. i recevied 4 sms displaying the following message "Settings received but not saved. Message deleted". On enquiring the Customer care, they asked to delete the cofigurations and all the access points. Even after doing that and sending the SMS i received the same SMS. Even i formated the phone and sent the sms i am still receving the same message. Please help me in this and do the need full as soon as possible. My contact mail id is [email protected]
