Our BSNL telephone, with number 04366-233697, a land line on my fathers name Mr K GANGADHARAN, A.KILIYANUR, KOLLOUMANGUDI EXCHANGE, IN THIRUVARUR DISTRICT, has not been working for more than one year. repeated complaints did not solve the problem. We requested for disconnection and refund of deposit. bsnl is not even answering and we also face abusive staff in the exchange. my father who is very old is living alone after my mother passing away and we are very much worried, because he has problem in using cell phones. can somebody help us.
