I am Raju, I like to share my worst feedback about BSNL telecommunication.
1) Yesterday (1-Feb) night around 7:56 PM I got missed call from 9609005902 this number.
2) I was called at 7:57 PM on 1st Feb for the same number 9609005902.
3) When I was called that number call get attended from there end but nobody talked and I disconnected the call.
4) The call conversation only 20 seconds but when I was checked my balance Rs.40 gets deducted from my account.
5) Then I was called for customer care and logged compliant on the same day.
Docket number KT0102121908 and Service request has been closed without any call back.
6) Service request closed stating that “Dear Subscribe, Please do not call back any missed call without 91prefix.other wise you will be charged at ISD rate and BSNL will not be responsible for the amount deducted”.
Need clarification below quires.
1) I want to know in which Country (ISD) call get charged for Rs.40 for 20 Seconds.
2) How the call gets connected without Prefix the ISD code?
3) How the SR has been closed without calling the customer
