STD facility not working

Respected sir/madam,

Our residence landline number (044) 2461 8055 was provided with STD facility. We used to make STD calls by dialling "95" code instead of "zero". From the time "95" code was banned, we are not able to make STD calls.

I had contacted the BSNL office several times. But the secret code option they give to unlock or lock STD facility is not working in our case.

Kindly restore the STD facility for our telephone number.
