Monthly billing

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that, my telephone (no; 04942677938, subscriber name;Mohammed M.A.) categorised in annual paid of 600. usually bill payments are every two months except internet users. V had used internet earlier. After few months we were canceled it. But still monthly payment bill is coming. I have complained in bsnl ponnani branch office to shift it as normal payment like every two months. Bt dere is no response. monthly payment is very difficult. So plz help us.
