On 11-12-10 a mobile top up of Rs. 55 was done through SBI mobile banking service vide their Tid No. 020024478270 for BSNL mobile No. 9493184644 but no talk time added in my mobile account. I was contacted to SBI customer care and it is known that it the servide provider who has not given the talk time It is therefore requested that either the BSNL or "OXIGEN" may be approaced to give the top up or amount may be reversed soon. Further no responses are being received from BSNL as well as Oxigen. Please matter may be looked into and an immediate action may be taken.
