Billing started without providing instrument

Dear Sir,

I have applied for wi-max internet connection in the name of SWARGIYA SURENDRA BABU SMRITI SANSTHAN, IHHS Academy, Bathnaha at BSNL Forbesganj on 20/2 but till date the connection didn’t established. It requires 16m wire but the department provides only 10m wire. Mr. Manish Kumar expresses helplessness to solve the problem. But billing started.

I therefore request you to take necessary action. For this kind for your act I shall remain ever grateful to you.
