Did not get the internet

I am a customer of BSNL wireless phone. I am not getting the internet and I gave a complaint in the Bsnl exchange office thalkulathur and one month ago i have given there my phone but the officer is not taiking it as serieous and not giving the correct information..He has no responsibility.
