Complaint regarding WLL Service (01363215110)

This below mail has been sent to your consumer grievance officer ([email protected]) on 31 jan and havn't got any reply.By this you can make out how your department works. when I am trying to lodge a complaint on your BSNL Cosumer Grievance website it showing an error message, thats the reason I am sending this mail on your personal IDs I would appreciate if you look into this matter.

I would like to focus your attention towards WLL Services which you are providing to the rural areas of Uttrakhand. We had applied for landline connection 11 years back and recently you have provided us with WLL connection, at that time we deposited 1000 Rs and the assurance was given that 1000 Rs will be adjusted in our monthly bill but for last 1 and half months your WLL has become a show piece in our drawing room and one thing I would like to appreciate that you are very active in generating bills of unused services but not the adjustment which your dept had assured us. We informed Mr RAWAT, care taker of that area but I suppose he more busy than our HON. Chief Minister.

May be you don’t Know the significance of WLL service but ask the people residing in that area. It’s the only mode of communication in case of emergency . (what s the use of 108 without a phone?).

Hope you will consider my request and please let me know (in writing) what action you have taken to rectify the problem.
