My phone No is 8004023903. On 27 July I got my phone recharged with Rs 33/- SMS pack. But, since then, all local Text Messages I am sending are being charged and the amount deducted from my main balance. I complained several times. At last the call-centre registered my complaint on 3 Aug (No.6287364) but nothing has happened till date. I demand the fault be rectified immediately and amounts arbitrarily deducted be refunded.
