CHILDREN CLICK YES THAT SMS. RS. 19/- DEDUCT FROM MY BALANCE.

9, NOV AGAIN SMS CAME TO CONTINIOU OR DISCONTINOU THE FACILITY.

I TALKED WITH CUSTOMER CARE CELLONE. THEY REPLIED " TO UNSUBSCRIBE. WRITE UNSUBSCRIBE TO 12630033". I TRIED MANY MANY TIMES TO THAT NUMBER BUT SMS DID NOT GO.

1, NOV AGAIN DEDUCTED RS. 19/-. SAME DAY I COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY REPLIED THAT "DIAL TO 12630033". BUT WHEN I DIAL THE COMPUTER RESPONSES THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. I TRIED MANY... MANY TIMES. BUT IN VAIN.

THEN I REGISTERED COMPLAINT AT CUSTOMER CARE DOCKET NO. L11941539.

BUT NO RESPONSE CAME TILL TODAY i.e. 19, DEC.

KINDLY HELP ME. I HAVE WASTED MORE THAN 5 HOURS AND MORE THAN 60 RUPEES IN THIS PROCESS. AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THAT FACILITY WHICH NOT RESPONSES.
