Inadvertaint Charging of Unknown Value Added Services

Dear Sir,

I am one of your customer owns prepaid mobile No 9454674721.

On September 12, I have noticed that some Rs 60 have been deducted from my pre-paid balance quoting some unknown `value added service’. I have never subscribed any value added service other than normal telephone usage.

A few months ago when I noticed such deduction of Rs 60/- in two adjacent days (30 30) I have called to Customer Care and stopped all value added service and their advertisements in my mobile.

Now they started the practice inadvertently. This is nothing but cheating. I want my money back in my mobile. If BSNL is earning money in such a way I don’t care. Stop such service in my mobile.

I want my money back in my mobile and stop all VALUE ADDED SERVICE and ADVERTISEMENTS in my mobile phone.

I want your action or reply within 10 days from the date of my complaint.
