BSNL Broadband - Very slow speed with many sites not opening

Dear Sir,

My phone no. is 079-27455108 (at Ahmedabad - Sarjan Towers, Memnagar) I have been getting good speed with most sites opening on BSNL Broadband connection till 6 weeks back. Hwever, for the last 6 weeks I am experiencing very low speed with many sites not opening. I have compalined several times to BSNL but to no avail.

Kindly help me resolve this problem.
