Unauthorisedand fraudulent charges

I am a prepaid customer since four years recntly unauthorisedly deducted the amount from my prepaid account when I contacted customer care Iwas replied that my phone activated whith voice chat but I never made any request for additional services. Erlier to this my phone is activated with caller tune without my request and knoledge and deducted amount till I made a request for unsub as suggested by costomer care. This is nothing but cheating by company.
