I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. 9417426327. Still it got activated on Nov 22 and the charges deducted as well as an sms was recd by me confirming the same. I tried to cancel it by smd 'BT DACT' to 56700 twice but the responde was negative. Please deactivate it forthwith without further deductions from my account.
