Airtel Company now starts cheating to their Customer specially pre-paid by automatically deducting there prepaid balance frequently, a banch of efficient thief executives are there & they don't care to here the problem of customer. I am a pre-paid customer of Airtel during last one decade bearing no.9831749969, previously it was a post paid connection, but there has been various fishy charges reflected in my postpaid bill then I switch over to pre-paid connection during last six years.
During last 3 months i noticed that my pre-paid balances are automatically deducted time to time, though I was in use of hello-tune it has been changed Rs. 30.00 per month but some times it has been charged twice in a month. I have made complaint regarding this, but the executives of Airtel Customer care are very irresponsible they don’t care the problem of customer. Yesterday (03.05.11) around 12.09pm I’ve received two sms followed by one after another from so called Highly Efficient Airtel Customer care dept. are as follows
1) ” your Hello Tune has been changed to Geeta Slok absolutely free. To search your favorite song SMSto 578785 (Free)”
2) “You have been charged Rs. 60.00 for 90 days for Hellotune Service to deactivate this service dial 543211808.toll free…”
I am surprised as I’ve not made any request to change my Hello tune at all. Hence I called up Customer care regarding this they previously try to convince me that the request was coming from my side when I ask them to play the voice recording of myself regarding the above request then they transfer the call to their Senior executive, he told me yes it is actually automatically changed due to a fix programme. I request him to get back my old Hello Tune & refund back of Rs. 60.00. he told it is not possible to return old Hello Tune the amount of Rs. 60.00 will refund back if I deactivate the Hello Tune. I repeatedly enquire about that is it possible to refund Rs. 60.00 after deactivation of Hello Tune that person repeatedly assure me yes it is the only way to refund back the amount & with in 20 min I’ll receive the SMS of the same. Hence I became agree above deactivation. I’ve recd deactivation sms at 2.34pm another two sms bearing request no.20503380515 at.2.40pm & 20503391077 at 2.45pm on 03.05.11. From yesterday till now at 1.55pm I ve made at least ten to fifteen calls regarding refunding of Rs. 60.00. which they deducted wrongly…today they openly told me the amount is not refundable ….
I don’t understand what is going on it is openly snatching of money there is no scope to trust to any body the Representative of a RENOUNED COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL. The situation is, They made the mistake from their end but they denied their wrongly act, they force us to act accordingly that they are needed. After this they wave the all responsibility to customer’s shoulder. The person like me who are attached in a working world they have not enough time to look after what is going on wheather the pre-paid balance deducted or not. Yesterday accidentally I’ve noticed & then knocked to the customer care…now till date after receiving their way of response I’m vary much worried about their activity..I am sorry & dare to say that “they are nothing but SOFISTICATED THIEF PAID BY AIRTEL CO.
I’M VERY MUCH DISHEARTEN & A POSSIBILTY TO SURRENDER THE AIRTEL CONNECTIVITY WHICH WAS MY MORE THAN A DECADE FRIEND…… I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT COMAPANY IS DOING?
HOW THEY ALLOW THEIR SO CALLED EXECUTIVES TO ACT THIS TYPE OF CHEAP ACTIVITY TO THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMER???
… I ALSO APPEAL TO CONSUMER FORUM TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER ….
