ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO, A SALESMAN FROM CONNECT CO, CAME TO MY OFFICE AND BOOKED A NET CONNECTION AGAINST PAYMENT OF RS.1638/-BY CHEQUE ISSUED IN FAVOUR OF CONNECT CO, THEY VARIFY THE ADDRESS AND THEY GOT THE ENCASHMENT OF CHEQUE THROUGH THE BANK CLEARING.BUT THIS DATE THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED A CONNECTION, NEITHER THEY ARE REFUNDING THE AMOUNT NOR THEY ARE REPLYING STISFACTORY.2 MONTHS AGO, I VISITED THERE OFFICE AT LUDHIANA, THERE MR.SURAJ PROMISSED TO SEND MY MONEY WITHIN 10 DAYS.BUT TILL THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION.FEW DAYS AGO I WROTE A LETTER TO THEM, AFTER THAT I RECEIVED A PHONE FROM THERE OFFICE BY MR.RAMAN, BUT HE ALSO DENY FROM THE PAYMENT.WHAT SHOULD I DO.THERE ARE MY QUESTIONS AS FOLLOW.
1.WHAT CAN I DO, WHEN A COMPANY DIDNOT PROVIDE A NET CONNECTION, BESIDE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.WITHOIUT NET CONNECTION THERE IS MY HEAVY LOSES.
2.IF THEY WERE NOT IN POSITION TO PROVIDE ME A CONNECTION, WHY THEY MADE ENCASHMENT OF CEHQUE.
3.IF THE CHEQUE WAS ENCASHED AND THEY WERE NOT IN THE POSITION TO PROVIDE ME A CONNECTION, THEY SHOULD RETURN MY PAYMENT WITH APPOLOGY LETTER.
4.IF THERE IS A LITTLE LATE IN THE PAYMENTS OF THEIR BILL, THEY USED TO CHARGE LATE FEE, NOW HOW THEY WILL RETURN MY PAYMENT.
5.WHAT IS ABOUT MY HARRASSMENT, THEY MADE TO ME.
