I, Krishna Kumar Baranwal, subscribe of BSNL Landline Phone No.0341-2216148, taken Broadband of Unlimited (Home Plan 900 Plus) from August.
After taking connection, broadband speed was near 200 kbps in 1st month. But after 1st month the speed reduce to 20kbps.
I had deposited 11, 312/= for the year, but we are not getting advantage of free plan.
And broadband connection also repeatedly hangs for few minute between running hour.
Still now my broadband connection going to lower instead of recovers speed.
Previous complain letter given on 26th Dec; 5th Jan 17th Jan 22nd Jan 03rd Feb 10th April and also done compliant a lots of times through phone. (Check number on my pervious bill.)
