Devatha communications is a nokia care centre based in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. As such smart phones from Nokia are failures. If you continue to use it for an hour, the battery will completely die. This is anyway a big issue.
The mini USB socket got loosen in my mobile and it doesn't charge. When I have taken the mobile to Nokia Care, I found the service, customer relationship is very bad. They have shown don't care attitude.
Further, when I asked the process to change the mini-usb socket, they simply said an intial estimation of Rs.8500. So much exorbitant rate for just changing mini USB socket?
I found Nokia Service is becoming very bad and spoils its reputation. I advise, please don't go for Nokia Smart phones... They are all failed designs... fail..fail..fail..
