I am ken, residing in Chennai Tamil Nadu. In the Month of Jan I saw business proposal Aircel mobile tower Installation Ad in the TOI daily news paper Advance 40L and monthly 65, 000 as a rent for Aircel mobile towers. Since i had a property terrace, i called them for more info, they have asked me to pay the sum of Rs.5500/- towards Registration Fees as it is mandatory to deposit for the Site/Property Survey, if the site is not found suitable in Site Inspection Report, then Digital Spectrum Groups will refund back the deposits directly via into your Bank Account or Pay Order without subtract any Charges, I never received any call or no one came for the survey after taking my money. Their web address is www.digitalspectrum.co.in. I transferred the amount to the given bank details. I registered my details into their web site..they provided me with the id # tax3445345. I transferred the money to Mr. Mohit Sharma acc# 05531930013452, HDFC bnk-ifsc-hdfc0000553, after a couple of days i receive a courier from Siemens world technology ltd, in that document they have asked me to pay tax amount Rs 32, 000/ with in 5 days and 13, 000 within 7 days to the same account or the offer will be cancelled, i called them and asked as why i have to pay the tax to a personal account, immediately they disconnected my call and from then they are not answering my call or replying my text messages, i even text them saying i am going to police and will lodge a consumer complaint they are least to bother, after i keep calling them and sending text about complaining about them, they picked my call but nobody will speak, i have keep shouting and talking from my end but no response, i believe they will just answer my call but leave the handset on table and i waited for more than 45days to get back my registry fee Rs.5500/, ..but they are not at all responding to me... I lost my money n top of that, keeping this deal in mind i even vacated the house and left my own house for lease, also wasted and spend more money on telephone bills!! Kindly take serious action on them, i will wait and i am going to lodge a police complaint on them on monday..I will add digital spectrum/Siemens tech ldt. Mohit sharma/jasneeth Arora and Ritu Varma as well. I also have proof of money transfer, documents and their mobile number in which they spoke. I have recorded all the necessary details for this complaint. Also will walk directly to the consumer court on monday to file a case in person. I have suffered a lot due to this process, financially, physically and mentally. My wish is these people should never cheat anyone hereafter.
