SOLD FLY SET WITH FALSE CLAIM

I, Manoj Sharma, Purchased one FLY DS 150 (IMEI: 910002421834974), Product Code: MOGSXXFLDS 150 from M/s. One Mobile (Pantaloon Retail India Limited, Orchid Point, 33/1A Upendra Chandra Banerjee Road,

Kankurgachi, Kolkata-700054'West Bengal. via Invoice No: 4330202614 Dated: 21/10 for Rs.2300.

My Service provider, Vodafone stop service to this mobile set as per Indian Government regulation of TRAI, that No service will be provide to the handset without "IMEI" numbers.

This phone is sold with IMEI Numbers but are not registered and So My service provider automatically blocked the same handset.

Store Like M/s. PANTALOON ARE ALLOWING TO SELL THIS KIND OF SET TO THE CUSTOMERS, THIS IS A BIG ISSUE. EVEN THEY ARE GIVING ADD THAT "SECURE YOURSELF FM IMEI KA JHATKA, NO FATKA.

So, I am taking this case to consumer court. Asking customers, Be careful before buying even fm the store like PANTALOON .

The fly sets are unregistered with IMEI numbers in TRAI. You will be in problem after buying it. Be CAREFUL CUSTOMERS.
