Deduct amount from my mobile no 07876391616

Sir Rs. 20/- rupees hav been deducted from my reliance mobile account (07876391616) without doing anything. I never opt. any service like hello tune/jokes etc. but they deducted activate any of them and without my consent they deducted balance from my account. I want my balance refund other wise i give writen complaint to press reporter of the main leading newspapers
