Bringing this to your kind notice that we are having your Idea Postpaid connection since last 5 years. And since last 2 years in our work area we never receive proper signals. The phone disconnects in between or voice is not clear and sometime people complaint of having my phone out of range.
This problem not only of ours but also of other Idea customers (We have there sign & no below).
We have complaint about this to your office several times but no action taken.
We request you to take immediate action in this regard & solve the problem.
