I, purchased one mobile of SAMSUNG MPower 569 on 17.05.09, from M/s Perfect Infocom Add Shop no.7, Deep Cinema complex, Ashok Vihar, Phase-I vide Bill No. 209 dt 17/05 as I am using brands of Samsung from quite long time & I was very much sure of services given by Samsung and I had full trust with that, but my last purchase i.e. my MPower 569 handset is really bad experience From the first day I am facing problems like automatically switch off, while typing massage Phone's screen automatically return to the main menu etc., On first visit the seller said he has fixed the problem after cleaning the sim & Battery. The Phone didn’t work and after that was taken to Samsung workshop in wazirpur they told me that their might be a virus in your phone so stop using the memory card or change the memory card, by doing the same no changes were shown, on 2nd visit they told me that there is a problem with motherboard so it has to be change, but we told them that we don’t want this piece so please change my hand set. The persons standing on the counter told us that if you want your handset to be changed then you have to go to Nehru place office. On 30th jun09 when I visit your Nehru place office, the person standing on the counter misbehaved with me and told me that we are not going to change the motherboard and without looking to the handset properly and they told us that there is no problem in the handset. But I told them take this phone under observation you will get to know the problem. After one hour observation they told us that we will send this hand set to the service center so that they can change the motherboard and return the handset within four working days and we will also inform you the same once we receive your handset from the service centre. On 4th day we tried to contact Nehru place office but nobody was picking up the phone, I tried cell no of Mr. Nishant but he is also avoiding our calls on 6th july09 when I again visited their they told me that on 3rd july09 we have received your handset from service center but again the same problem persist, so again we have sent the handset to service center and now its done, but we haven’t changed the motherboard. My mobile is just one month old and know if you look at the phone it is full of scratches and looking like a year old phone. My handset is still lying with them as is of no use, so I humbly request you to look into the matter and solve it on urgent basis as I am suffering a lot without my mobile.
