Dear Sir,
I recharged my prepaid vodafone number using ICICI online banking facility, but have not received any received any balance yet. This is second time I have not received any balance after being charged for the service.
I would request you to kindly process the the balance against the sum i have been charged for. I am assured that since, your company works in connection with vodafone, hence some corrective measures would be taken. I am providing details of the transactions I made online today. Kindly do the needful.
Since, this is happening for the second time, and I see a lot of other posts, I would'nt hesitate to take some legal action against you.
