I am using excel-prepaid connection of bsnl mobile service.i activated a caller tune.they deactivate or change it whenever they like.for last 2 months they have deactivated my caller tune but deducting the rental money for it every month.
also they sent a message from 55666030 on 24th may saying "amount of rs.30 has been deducted towards your subscription of loveology service".i did not ask for any such service and they are also not giving me any such service, but they deducted the money.
i complained several times to their customer care service for the above mentioned problems.they gave me complain numbers 522533 and 5256565 respectively, but till today did not activate my caller tune or refund my money.
